Suavia is the ancient name of the town of Soave. The Tessari family used it to name their vineyard, which they acquired in 1887 in the municipality of Soave, in the town of Fittà – the heart of Soave Classico. In 1982, Giovanni Tessari and his wife Rosetta, aware of the enormous potential of their land for producing high-quality wines, decided to cultivate only the native white varieties – Trebbiano di Soave and Garganega. Today, the vineyard is managed by their four daughters. They focus on producing only white wines, using modern methods and an innovative approach, which is particularly evident not only in the exceptional quality of the wines but also in the unconventional appearance of the bottles. In addition to high quality, a successful marketing ploy has attracted many Soavei enthusiasts, making Suavia one of the best representatives of this variety.

The Languedoc vineyards, composed of a mosaic of terroirs cultivated since Roman times, are planted with grape varieties appropriate for each soil type and microclimate. This vast diversity of terroirs offers a palette of the most expressive cuvées, created from single varietals or carefully crafted blends. Currently, Château de Raissac is managed by the sixth generation of winemakers. Gustave Viennet has been at the helm of the estate for ten years. He has exerted his creativity, fully exploiting the possibilities offered by the Vin de Pays d’Oc (IGP) and AOP Languedoc appellations, particularly through highly specific vinifications. The wines are produced in exceptional cellars, excavated from limestone rocks in the 17th century and now fully modernized. Domaine Raissac produces wines appreciated in many countries, wines that discerning wine connoisseurs cannot ignore. These are wines that perfectly complement Mediterranean flavors.

In 1892, Auguste, Paul’s grandfather, purchased the first 9 hectares of vineyards near Montagnac. In 1934, his son Raymond expanded them to 24 hectares. The story of Paul Mas begins at the château of the same name in Pézenas, near Montpellier. The château was a remnant of Domaine de Conas, which was divided during the French Revolution.
The château remained, along with the mill and 27 hectares of land, which Raymond acquired in 1954. His son and namesake, Paul, expanded the vineyard again to 120 hectares, and in 1987, Jean-Claude, Paul’s son, acquired 35 hectares from his father. Thirteen years later, he finally founded Domaine Paul Mas.

Domaine Fond Croze is located in the southern Rhône Valley. Brothers Daniel and Bruno Long produce organic wines here, following the traditions of the region.
After returning from World War I, Charles Long settled in the village of Saint Roman de Malegarde and purchased land where he cultivated vines, melons, peaches, and apricots to support his family. Soon, his son Raymond joined him in the work, expanding their estate to approximately 25 hectares, which were soon devoted exclusively to vines and olives.
Raymond became involved in the village community, founded a wine cooperative, and even served as mayor of the village for 28 years. His sons Daniel and Bruno joined the family business to continue the tradition. In 1997, they finally founded Domaine Fond Croze. Daniel tends the vineyards, while Bruno utilizes his oenological skills in the cellar.
